Everytown

The Challenge

1

Everytown needed a brand that could unite people across political and cultural lines around gun safety—without triggering fear or polarization. The identity had to feel community-led, non-alarmist, and distinctly American, reinforcing that gun safety is a shared responsibility rather than a partisan stance.

The System

2

We created a visual language rooted in classic Americana, drawing subtle inspiration from the American flag and civic signage. The system was designed to be adaptable across all 50 states, giving local chapters the flexibility to reflect their communities while maintaining a unified national voice.

The Outcome

3

The brand gave people across the political spectrum something they could stand behind, helping Everytown grow into a truly national grassroots movement. Today, the organization has established chapters in every state, empowering millions of Americans—mayors, parents, educators, survivors, gun owners, and students—to come together in building safer communities.
